...America's Little Sweden

Allemansratt Park Allemansrätt – A Wilderness and Swedish Heritage Park.” The term ‘Allemansrätt’ expresses a Swedish philosophy of the right of public access, and includes an implicit responsibility to protect and conserve. Allemansrätt Park occupies 90+ acres of wooded land with over 5,800 feet of shoreline on three lakes – North Lindstrom Lake channel, North Center Lake (DNR Protected Water 34P) and Bull Lake (DNR Protected Wetland 154W). The Park includes important ecological features such as glacial eskers and ephemeral wetlands interspersed with a high quality oak forest, over 100 species of birds, and diverse wildlife. “Allemansrätt” is interwoven with several miles of trails to enjoy and includes the City of Lindstrom’s “Lake Cabin” located on the private Bull Lake. “Allemansrätt” is a “Carry in, Carry out” Park.  Click here for " Friends of Allemansratt Park" brochure.
