Mulligan Court: Intermittent Road Closure On Monday, 10/3/22

Peterson Companies, the City’s contractor for the County Road 25 Multi-Use Trail Improvements project, will be removing and reconstructing some of the concrete pedestrian ramps at intersections along the trail during the week of September 26th.

When concrete work is complete, the pavement at the intersection of Mulligan Court and County 25 (Olinda Trail) will be completely replaced. We expect the paving work to be begin at 7:00 am on Monday, October 3rd (weather permitting).

Throughout the day on 10/3, there will be periods of time (likely from 7:00 am to 9:00 am and another two (2) hour window in the late morning/early afternoon) that access to your neighborhood will be limited/unavailable. Please try to limit your trips through the intersection as much as possible throughout the day, especially in the morning.

If you need to leave your home during these time frames, we strongly encourage you to have your vehicle out of the neighborhood before 7:00 am on Monday. Consider parking on Golf Lane on Sunday evening to avoid conflicts on Monday morning.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to call the City Engineer, Jon Herdegen, directly at 612-548-3124, or our onsite construction representative, Kevin Burns at 651-271-6584. Thank you for your patience and cooperation and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience.
