Livestream Meetings

View a livestream meeting that is currently in progress by clicking the "View Event" button to the right of the meeting in the "Upcoming Events" section.  If you do not see the "View Event" button, please refresh your browser.  This button will not appear until the meeting is live.  In the event of a technical issue, livestreaming may not be available.

To view a past meeting that was livestreamed, click the "video" button to the right of the meeting you wish to view.

NOTE: If an error message occurs and the length of the meeting shows "00h 00m", that means the meeting was not livestreamed.  This could be due to a technical issue, it being a closed meeting for legal reasons, etc.  If you wish to ensure that you will be able to view a meeting in its entirety, it is recommended to attend city meetings in person.

Participating Remotely in a Live Meeting

If you wish to speak at the Open Forum (at Regular City Council meetings only) or at a Public Hearing but cannot attend the meeting in person, please contact City Hall no later than 4pm the day of the meeting.  You will be given the zoom link or the telephone number of the meeting (just let us know your preference).  You will be required to give your name and property address, which is the same requirement for attending in person.

Zoom links will not be given for those that simply wish to observe a meeting.  To guarantee that you are able to observe a meeting, it is recommended to attend city meetings in person, as technology issues could prevent the meeting from being successfully livestreamed.

  • Joining the meeting using the Zoom link: Click the link provided to you by City Staff.  Please make sure you are utilizing a device that allows you to type your name and address while using Zoom.  You will first be in the Zoom "waiting room", where you will be contacted by City Staff via instant message to type in your name and address.
  • Joining the meeting using the Zoom telephone number: Dial the phone number provided to you by City Staff.  Enter the Meeting ID and Passcode when prompted.  When you have connected to the meeting, City Staff will ask you to state your name and address for the record.
  • Your maximum speaking time will be three (3) minutes.  This is a common practice in city government.
  • While the meeting is in progress please make sure to have your device microphone on mute except while it is your turn to speak.

Minutes and Agendas

The agenda and minutes for meetings without an archived video are still available for your review.  If the agenda or minutes document does not load on the first attempt, please refresh the document's browser window, or close the agenda browser window and try again.  For agendas and minutes for meetings that occurred prior to 2019, please contact City Hall.

Canceled Meetings

If a meeting date is missing from one of the below lists, it generally means the scheduled meeting for that month was canceled.  Please contact City Hall if you wish to confirm that a particular meeting was canceled.  651-257-0620 or contactus@cityoflindstrom.us.  You may also click HERE to browse the "News & Public Notices" section of our website for notices of meeting cancelations.
