The Lindström Driver's Testing Center has re-opened as of Dec. 7th, 2021.

Written Exams

Days:  2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month ONLY
Times:  Appointments begin at 10am  
Location:  Lindström Community Center, 13292 Sylvan Ave., Lindström, MN 55045
Scheduling:  Appointments must be scheduled in advance (there are some exceptions- check their website) through the MN Department of Public Safety.  Click below for more information or to schedule your written exam.

Behind the Wheel Testing

Days:  Tuesdays ONLY
Times:  8am - 4:30pm, or as shown on DPS appointment schedule
Location:  Lindström Community Center, 13292 Sylvan Ave., Lindström, MN 55045
Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance through the MN Department of Public Safety.  Scheduling will be available starting Tuesday, November 23, 2021.  Click below for more information or to schedule your behind the wheel exam.

NOTE: A new law went into effect Nov. 1, 2021 that requires any individual to pay a $20 fee if they fail to show up for a scheduled driver's license road test appointment or fail to cancel or reschedule the test at least 24 hours before the start of the appointment.

Lindstrom City Hall is NOT a DMV, and does not have anything to do with any DMV or DPS (driver's exam) services.  We simply rent DPS the Community Center as a space to conduct testing, in the same manner we would rent the Community Center to an individual for an event or gathering.
