BOARD OF APPEAL & EQUALIZATION HEARING

TUESDAY, APRIL 16, 2024

6:00 P.M.

Notice is hereby given that the Lindstrom City Council will hold the annual Board of Appeal & Equalization Hearing on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., at the Lindstrom City Hall.

The purpose of the meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the City has been properly valued and classified by the assessor, and to determine whether corrections need to be made.  All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment are hereby notified to send a written statement no later than April 11, 2024 explaining why the assessment should be corrected or modified. Submit objections to Lindstrom City Hall, 13292 Sylvan, Lindstrom, MN 55045 or electronically to ContactUs@cityoflindstrom.us  Please include your phone number in case the County Assessor has questions.

Generally, a person must submit an appeal for the consideration of the local Board of Appeal & Equalization before an appeal can be taken to the County Board.
