Notice is hereby given that there will be a Closed EDA Meeting Tuesday, February 14, at 7:30 a.m., at the Lindstrom City Hall.

The meeting will be closed pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13D.05 subd. 3 (c) to review confidential or protected nonpublic appraisal data and to develop or consider offers for the purchase or sale of 13229 St. Croix Avenue, Lindstrom, Minnesota.

Minn. Stat. § 13.44 subd. 3 is the part of the Data Practices act that classifies appraisal data as confidential or protect nonpublic.
