Notice of Public Hearing Planning Commission December 7, 2023 6:30pm

Notice is hereby given that the City of Lindstrom Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at 6:30 pm to seek comments regarding a request to amend the existing Conditional Use Permit for the Shores of Forest Ridge development to allow a second dock with overnight mooring capabilities at 12779 314th Street.

This meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at Lindstrom City Hall. Interested parties are encouraged to attend the meeting. Written comments may be emailed to beth@hkgi.com or may be sent via mail to Lindstrom City Hall (13292 Sylvan Ave, Lindstrom, MN 55045). Comments received prior to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 29th will be included in the meeting packet materials, while those received after will be shared at the meeting. Both oral and written testimony from the public will be considered at the time of the hearing. Copies of the application materials are available for viewing online or at City Hall.
