Comprehensive Plan

The Comprehensive Plan is a blueprint for the future of Lindström; guiding the use of every parcel of land, both public and private, throughout the City.  This includes making land use decisions, preparing and implementing ordinances, preparing capital improvement programs, and influencing the rate, timing, and location of future growth.
